Kanthan Raghavendra graduated from University of Leicester (United Kingdom) with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in July 2020.
Before Kanthan was admitted to the bar, he was a paralegal and gained experience in civil, family and probate matters. In training, Kanthan had gained experience in the areas of constitutional & administrative law, criminal matters and corporate matters. He also assisted on landmark appellate cases to the Court of Appeal.
Kanthan’s main area of practice is civil and criminal litigation. He aims to one day be a good litigator, an accredited mediator and arbitrator. Further, he strives for a meaningful career and wants to be a voice for the underprivileged.
Kanthan is fluent in English and Tamil. Also, he can converse in Mandarin and Malay. In his spare time, he is a yoga enthusiast, enjoys travelling and playing football.
